Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Last Updated: January 25, 2026

Second Pull, LLC (“Second Pull," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Second Pull mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you access or use the Service. This Privacy Policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, the privacy policies of platform providers such as Apple Inc., whose data practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, which are provided as a separate document available through the Service or at https://www.secondpull.com/terms, and accept how your data is handled.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service and governs use by all users, including visitors, anonymous guest users, and registered account holders. It does not apply to information collected offline or by third-party services that are not controlled by Second Pull.

For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Second Pull acts as the data controller with respect to information processed through the Service. Third-party service providers act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information that you voluntarily submit through the Service, which may include email address, account credentials, training programs, workout data, performance metrics, notes, and other content you choose to provide.

Anonymous and Guest Usage

Second Pull permits limited use of the Service without creating an account. Anonymous usage may involve the collection of device identifiers, session identifiers, and technical signals necessary to provide core functionality, maintain continuity, prevent abuse, and support later account creation. If a user subsequently creates an account, information generated during anonymous usage may be associated with that account.

Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including device type, operating system, application version, unique application identifiers, timestamps, feature usage data, and diagnostic or crash information.

3. Advertising and Monetization

Use of the Service through Apple platforms is also subject to Apple’s own privacy practices, as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). Information collected by Apple in connection with App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and device-level services is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and not by this Privacy Policy.

Certain versions of the Service may display advertisements. Advertising services may be provided by third-party partners, including Google AdMob. These partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data for purposes of ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance with platform requirements.

Advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies. Second Pull does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of third-party advertisers. Where required by law or platform policy, consent mechanisms may be presented to users, and ad personalization may be limited or disabled based on user settings or region. Users may manage advertising tracking preferences through operating system–level controls, including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework or equivalent mechanisms.

4. Payments and Purchases

If you purchase subscriptions or other paid features through the Service, payment transactions are processed by third-party platform providers such as Apple Inc. through the App Store’s In-App Purchase system. Second Pull does not collect, store, or process payment card information.

Information collected by Apple in connection with payments, subscriptions, billing, refunds, or related transactions is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and applicable platform terms, not by this Privacy Policy.

5. How We Use Information

Second Pull uses collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; provide training and program management functionality; store and synchronize user data; communicate service-related notices; enforce policies; monitor security; and comply with legal obligations. Second Pull does not sell personal information.

6. Data Storage and Processing

Information is stored and processed using secure cloud infrastructure, including Google Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Cloud Messaging. These providers process information on behalf of Second Pull pursuant to contractual restrictions and applicable law.

7. Disclosure of Information

Second Pull may disclose information only in limited circumstances: to service providers acting on our behalf; to comply with applicable law or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Second Pull, users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets in which user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Second Pull does not disclose personal information for third-party marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Certain information may persist in backups, logs, or aggregated and anonymized datasets that do not reasonably identify individuals.

9. User Rights

Where required by applicable law, users may request access to or deletion of personal information. Second Pull may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where compliance would undermine security, violate legal obligations, or require disproportionate technical effort.

10. Security

Second Pull implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and Second Pull disclaims liability for unauthorized access or disclosure beyond its reasonable control.

11. User Content

The Service allows users to submit training-related content. Second Pull does not review, monitor, or assume responsibility for user-submitted content and disclaims any duty to do so, except where required by law.

12. Health and Biometric Information

Second Pull is a training and performance organization tool. It does not collect medical records, biometric identifiers, or clinical health information and is not intended to provide medical or health advice.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Second Pull does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the processing and storage of information in the United States and other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

15. Changes to This Policy

Second Pull may update this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
